This 50p was issued in 2023 to mark an incredible 75 years of our National Health Service. The reverse design by Alice Lediard features key words used to describe the NHS such as compassion, dedication, hope and support. This coin was issued in the 2023 Commemorative Coin Set. But this is the first-time collectors have been able to get their hands on the individual coin. The obverse features King Charles III’s portrait.
